Adding a name to the back brings it to 32 euros, name plus flag to 35 euros, and the full package, name, flag and front logo, to 40 euros. For a team or company order, the cleanest approach is usually to put everyone in the same color with the same front logo, which keeps the group looking unified and keeps the budget predictable and easy to quote internally, for example a 12-player team at the base rate comes to 324 euros before any individual add-ons.
