Set on 425 sqm out of town and surrounded by fields, with downtown, restaurants and shops all about 20 minutes away by car, this estate has a heatable pool, a padel court, a petanque pitch, a fire pit and a barbecue, plus a game room with table football and a piano. Inside there's a wine cellar, a library, an office, and a dining room seating 50, while the garden holds an outdoor table for 25. Two of the bedrooms are set in separate glass-walled garden pods with a panoramic nature view, distinct from the main house's nine bedrooms. There is no air conditioning. Parking fits 25 cars, outside.
Best for: a very large group, wedding party or multigenerational gathering that wants serious indoor and outdoor entertaining space alongside the court, within striking distance of Paris and the Fontainebleau forest.
