Set on 1,850 sqm of grounds out of town, surrounded by fields and without a single neighbour, this estate sits along a small river with a heatable pool, a padel court, a petanque pitch and a conference room, plus a trampoline and a dedicated meditation room. There is no air conditioning and no TV in the property, in keeping with the disconnected, countryside feel. Several bedrooms are separate from the main house and require going outside to reach them. Parking fits 6 cars, inside.
Best for: a large group that wants a genuine countryside retreat, river views and total quiet over beach proximity.

Perched with a panoramic nature view over the Perigord countryside, this 700 sqm estate has an overflowing, heatable pool (20m by 5m), a padel court and a full tennis court side by side, plus petanque, a hammam, a sauna and two massage tables. Inside there is a fitness room, an office room with two desks and a separate seminar or yoga room. Two dining tables seat 16 each, one indoors and one on the terrace. Air conditioning is partial and four bedrooms are separate from the main villa, reached from outside. Parking fits 4 cars, inside.
