Menorca is the quiet sibling in the Balearics: a UNESCO biosphere reserve with more sheep than nightclubs, and a coastline built around empty coves rather than beach clubs. Padel is a newer scene here than in Ibiza or Mallorca, but it's growing, and this is currently the one private estate with a court (in fact, two: padel and pickleball) that we've found on the island. More may follow as the local scene expands.

A traditional Menorcan finca turned private retreat: 892m² set in open countryside, surrounded by fields with mountain views on every side, and genuinely no neighbours. Alongside the padel and pickleball courts there's a saltwater pool, a fire pit for evenings, a covered terrace, and a dedicated yoga and meditation space with fitness equipment. No TV on site, by design. Good to know: the final stretch of road is unpaved, a suitable vehicle is recommended. Beach, downtown Maó, restaurants and shops are all around 15 minutes away by car.
Best for: a group that wants two racket sports on the same private setup, with genuine countryside isolation and not another villa in sight.
