The largest property in this list, set around a Mediterranean garden with an overflowing pool facing the sea. Pizza oven, wine cellar and a shaded breakfast terrace looking out over the bay, with the property caretaker living on site in independent quarters.
Best for: a large family gathering that wants garden space and a proper outdoor kitchen setup.

5. GRC-05, The Beachfront Sports Estate (Athens Riviera)

Waterfront on the Athens Riviera with a private pathway down to the beach, and the only property on this list with a tennis court and a football field alongside the padel court. Two separate pool areas, one heatable, with the property caretaker living on site.
