Set above the Golfe de Saint-Tropez with a view that takes in both the sea and the coastal towns below, this 600 sqm estate is really three houses in one: a main house plus two fully detached houses, arranged around an overflowing, heatable pool, a padel court, a petanque pitch and a jacuzzi. There is also a fitness room. Some bedrooms sit in the detached houses and are reached from outside, and a caretaker lives on site in independent quarters. The road up is winding and steep, a suitable vehicle is recommended, and parking fits 9 cars.
Best for: a large multigenerational group that wants separate houses rather than one shared roof, plus a padel court with an actual sea view.
2. FRV-02, The Croix-Valmer Spa Estate (La Croix-Valmer)

Surrounded by a mature palm garden with sea and nature views, this 570 sqm estate has full air conditioning throughout, a heated pool, a padel court, a petanque pitch and a ping-pong table, plus a hammam and spa with two massage tables and a separate fitness room. Inside, a movie room seats guests on three sofas around a video projector and billiard table with its own bar, and there is a proper wine cellar. The kitchen runs two ovens, two dishwashers and an American fridge. The beach is a 9-minute walk and the town centre is 5 minutes by car, though the road in is winding and steep. Parking fits 6 cars, 2 inside and 4 outside.
Best for: a group that wants spa and cinema nights on site, within walking distance of the beach.
