1. COS-01, The Hillside Garden Estate (Benahavís)

Set on a private, gated domain out of town, this estate is really several houses in one, a main residence plus separate garden quarters, a tree-top house, a media house and a studio, all wrapped around a salt-water pool and a mature Mediterranean garden. It comes with a fitness room, a long outdoor dining table that seats up to 20, and a golf course 4 minutes away by car. Air conditioning is partial and the living room fireplace is ornamental only.
Best for: a big multi-generational group that wants separate houses rather than one shared roof, and doesn't mind unplugging in a quiet, gated setting.
2. COS-02, The Marbella Clubhouse Estate (Marbella)

Panoramic sea and mountain views from a 2,500 sqm estate that plays more like a private clubhouse than a villa, a heated pool alongside a second unheated pool, a hammam and cold-water plunge, a fitness room, a movie room, a poker room and a full bowling alley, plus its own cocktail bar. A separate guest house adds 3 more bedrooms, and the property caretaker lives on site in independent quarters so guests keep their privacy.
Best for: a group that wants a full night of entertainment on site without leaving the property, on top of the padel court.
